PICKUP POLICY

LIMITLESS offers in-store pickup for eligible products only.

All pickup customers must be 21 years of age or older and must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon request. The name on the ID may be required to match the name on the order, payment method, or customer account.

LIMITLESS reserves the right to refuse pickup if the customer cannot provide valid ID, is under 21, appears intoxicated, provides false or suspicious information, attempts to pick up for a minor, attempts to purchase a restricted product unlawfully, or violates any store policy or applicable law.

Pickup orders are not guaranteed until confirmed by LIMITLESS. Product availability, pricing, and eligibility may change at any time. LIMITLESS reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or refund an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, restricted, prohibited, mislabeled, incorrectly priced, or cannot legally be sold.

Orders must be picked up within 72 hours after pickup notification unless otherwise approved by LIMITLESS. Orders not picked up within that time may be canceled.

The person picking up the order must be the customer who placed the order unless LIMITLESS approves otherwise. LIMITLESS may require the customer to show the order confirmation, payment method, and government-issued photo ID.

All pickup sales are final except where required by law or where LIMITLESS confirms a verified store error.

LIMITLESS is not responsible for customer failure to review product details, product strength, ingredients, warnings, legal restrictions, or compatibility before purchase.
