These Terms of Service apply to all use of the LIMITLESS website, online store, pickup services, shipping services, customer accounts, loyalty programs, communications, and purchases.
By using this website, creating an account, placing an order, picking up an order, receiving a shipment, or purchasing from LIMITLESS, you agree to these Terms of Service.

- You must be at least 21 years old to access this website, create an account, place an order, purchase products, pick up products, receive products, or use LIMITLESS services. LIMITLESS reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time.
2. Compliance With Laws
Customers are responsible for knowing and following all applicable federal, Texas, state, county, city, municipal, and local laws before purchasing, possessing, using, transporting, or receiving any product from LIMITLESS. LIMITLESS reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, remove products, block accounts, deny pickup, deny shipping, or deny transactions if LIMITLESS believes a sale may violate any law, rule, regulation, carrier requirement, payment processor policy, or store policy.
3. Product Restrictions
Products sold by LIMITLESS may include tobacco, nicotine, vape, e-cigarette, ENDS, hemp, THCA, CBD, Delta, smoking accessories, glass products, batteries, lighters, and other adult-use products. Not all products are available in every location. Not all products are eligible for pickup, shipping, delivery, online purchase, or sale. LIMITLESS does not guarantee that any product is legal in every city, county, state, or jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for confirming legality before purchase.
4. Hemp, THCA, CBD, Delta, and Cannabinoid Products
Any hemp, THCA, CBD, Delta, or cannabinoid product sold by LIMITLESS is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older and only where permitted by law. Customers are responsible for understanding the laws in their location before purchasing or using these products. Cannabinoid products may cause impairment, intoxication, drowsiness, or other effects. Do not drive, operate machinery, work, or perform unsafe activities after using any product that may cause impairment. Use of hemp, THCA, CBD, Delta, or cannabinoid products may result in a failed drug test. LIMITLESS is not responsible for employment, legal, medical, or personal consequences related to product use. Keep all products away from children and pets.
5. No Medical Claims
Products sold by LIMITLESS are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. LIMITLESS does not provide medical advice. Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, subject to drug testing, or dealing with a medical condition.
6. Product Use and Safety
Customers agree to use all products responsibly and lawfully. Customers must follow all product labels, warnings, manufacturer instructions, and applicable laws. LIMITLESS is not responsible for misuse, abuse, unlawful possession, unlawful resale, allergic reactions, health reactions, failed drug tests, employment consequences, legal consequences, or customer failure to follow applicable laws.
7. Batteries, Devices, Glass, and Accessories
Products such as batteries, chargers, vape devices, glass items, lighters, torches, and smoking accessories must be used safely and according to manufacturer instructions. Customers are responsible for safe handling, storage, charging, cleaning, and use of all devices and accessories. LIMITLESS is not responsible for damage, injury, malfunction, misuse, overheating, breakage, or accidents caused by improper use, modification, unauthorized chargers, damaged batteries, or failure to follow instructions.
8. No Purchase for Minors
Customers may not purchase, provide, resell, transfer, share, or give any LIMITLESS product to anyone under 21. Any attempt to purchase for a minor may result in order cancellation, account restriction, refusal of service, and reporting where appropriate.
9. No Unauthorized Resale
Products purchased from LIMITLESS are for lawful personal use only unless LIMITLESS provides written approval otherwise. Customers may not resell products, alter packaging, remove labels, tamper with products, or use products for unlawful activity.
10. Account Information
Customers agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. LIMITLESS may suspend, restrict, or terminate customer accounts if LIMITLESS believes the customer has provided false information, attempted fraud, attempted an underage purchase, violated store policy, abused store services, violated law, or created risk for LIMITLESS.
11. Pricing, Availability, and Errors
Prices, promotions, descriptions, images, product details, availability, and policies may change without notice. LIMITLESS reserves the right to correct errors, cancel orders, refuse transactions, update product information, limit quantities, or remove products at any time. An order is not final until accepted and confirmed by LIMITLESS.
12. Payment and Fraud Prevention
LIMITLESS may cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, high-risk, unauthorized, or inconsistent with customer information. LIMITLESS may require additional verification before processing any order. Fraudulent purchases, false claims, chargeback abuse, identity misuse, or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in account termination, refusal of service, cancellation of orders, and further action where permitted by law.
13. All Sales Final
All sales are final except where required by law or where LIMITLESS confirms a verified store error. Customers should review all products, quantities, strengths, flavors, warnings, restrictions, and order details before purchasing.
14. Shipping and Pickup
Shipping and pickup are available only for eligible products and only where allowed by law. Shipping is estimated at 1-5 business days, but delays may occur due to verification, processing, carrier issues, weather, holidays, product availability, or legal restrictions. LIMITLESS reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally, safely, or properly fulfilled.
15. Website Content
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, layout, and branding, is owned by or licensed to LIMITLESS and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without permission.
16. Third-Party Services
LIMITLESS may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, age verification, fraud prevention, email, SMS, loyalty programs, analytics, and website functionality. LIMITLESS is not responsible for third-party service outages, delays, errors, or policies.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LIMITLESS, its owners, employees, managers, affiliates, vendors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages related to use of the website, products, services, pickup, shipping, accounts, communications, or purchases.
18. Indemnification
By purchasing from or using LIMITLESS, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIMITLESS, its owners, employees, managers, affiliates, vendors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the customer's violation of these Terms, misuse of products, unlawful activity, false information, purchase for a minor, unauthorized resale, or violation of applicable law.
19. Changes to These Terms
LIMITLESS may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates are effective when posted on the website. Continued use of the website or services after updates means the customer accepts the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas to the fullest extent allowed by law. Any dispute related to LIMITLESS, the website, products, policies, pickup, shipping, or purchases shall be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
