All sales are final.

 

Due to the nature of our products, including age-restricted products, tobacco products, nicotine products, vape products, hemp products, THCA products, CBD products, Delta products, consumable products, sealed products, personal-use items, smoking accessories, glass products, clearance items, and final-sale items, LIMITLESS does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, purchased, picked up, shipped, opened, or used.

 

LIMITLESS does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong item selected by the customer, flavor preference, product strength preference, device compatibility issues, opened packaging, used products, damaged products after purchase, products without proof of purchase, items purchased by mistake, shipping delays outside the control of LIMITLESS, failed drug tests, or personal/legal consequences from product use.

 

Exceptions may only be made if required by law or if LIMITLESS confirms a verified store error, such as the wrong item being provided. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with the order number, photos, proof of purchase, and original product packaging.

 

Defective products may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty, if available. LIMITLESS does not guarantee manufacturer replacement, approval, refund, repair, or warranty coverage.

 

LIMITLESS reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
