LIMITLESS ships eligible products only where permitted by applicable federal, Texas, state, county, city, municipal, local, carrier, and payment processor rules.

 

Shipping times are estimated at 1-5 business days, depending on order processing, product availability, age verification, payment verification, destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and legal restrictions. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 

By placing an order, the customer confirms that the customer is at least 21 years old, the products ordered are legal to purchase and receive in the customer's location, the customer is not purchasing for anyone under 21, and the customer provided accurate billing, shipping, contact, and age-verification information.

 

LIMITLESS does not guarantee that every product shown online is eligible for shipping. Certain tobacco, nicotine, vape, e-cigarette, ENDS, hemp, THCA, CBD, Delta, or other restricted products may be unavailable for shipment depending on law, carrier rules, payment processor rules, or internal compliance review.

 

Vape, e-cigarette, ENDS, nicotine, tobacco, and certain hemp-related products are heavily restricted for shipping. LIMITLESS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit shipment of any product that may be restricted under federal law, Texas law, other state law, local law, carrier policy, or payment processor policy.

 

LIMITLESS may require age verification, adult signature, ID verification, or additional delivery verification for shipped orders. If a package cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, fails age verification, provides incorrect information, or violates a carrier requirement, shipping charges may not be refundable.

 

Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. LIMITLESS is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, seized, rejected, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

 

LIMITLESS is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, legal restrictions, payment issues, or events outside the control of LIMITLESS.

 

If LIMITLESS cannot ship within the advertised timeframe, LIMITLESS may contact the customer with an updated timeline, cancellation option, refund option, or other available solution where required by law.

 

LIMITLESS reserves the right to cancel any order if LIMITLESS cannot verify age, verify payment, confirm the shipping address, legally ship the product, comply with carrier rules, or comply with applicable law.
